Conga style is one athlete starts, once he/she is off the bike, the next team member can start on the bike. The athlete can not start the burpees until the athlete ahead of them has finished first!

Line all boxes up in a row (half at 30″ other half at 24″). When doing BBJO, it is okay to place your hands on the box while jumping over, but both feet have to touch the box!
