So much of your potential lies in your body’s ability to adapt quickly to increased load, speed and distance. You can strive for a heavy snatch, but if your mobility is lacking you won’t succeed (not safely, anyways.) Burg Yoga is extremely hands on and geared for the active individual. You’ll find that the pace varies between active recovery and getting into the deep fascial layers of your muscles. There are variations provided for beginners to advanced participants.
