Scale as needed

Each team member will begin on a different workout and all will begin their WOD at the same time. Once the fastest team member completes their WOD, all other members will stop as well. Your score is the the time it took the first person to finish, plus 1 second for every uncompleted rep of the remaining 3 teammates.

Your 4 minute rest start AFTER the 6 minute time cap.

Rotate stations every round so each partner does each variation

Your score is 4 separate scores
