Frelen was traditionally 45/35 when first prescribed. Standards for Rx weights for guys in more recent years have changed to 50# in conjunction with the 35# for females. So, 50/35 is Rx

Choose a scaling for thrusters and pullups that you COULD do unbroken at least in the first round.
