10 Front Squats

10 Presses in split Jerk stance

Weightlifting

Power Clean (10min EMOM x 2 reps)

Every minute for 10 minutes, perform 2 power cleans, building in weight.

Front Squat (HSOD 1 rep)

15 minutes to establish a heavy single for the day

Plank ( 5 x 1 minute)
