Three sets of:

Overhead Squat x 5 reps

(use a progressively narrower grip for every set)

Rest as needed

Weightlifting

2 Drop Snatch + 2 OHS (Heavy single complex)

1 rep of Complex = 2 Drop Snatches followed by 2 overhead squats

Superset

Chinese Barbell Row (5×10)

Make sure every rep contacts the underside of the bench.

Ring Rows (5×10)
