Weightlifting

15 minutes for each station. 45 minutes total

25m Yoke Carry (Max weight 25m)

Straight line distance carry. Max weight without putting the yoke down

Log Clean and Press (Heavy single)

If you have never used the log before, do NOT go for maximal weight. If you do not feel comfortable with just the log by itself, perform a traditional clean and jerk with a barbell
