1 Snatch balance

Deadlift (10 x 2 @ 60%+)

Accessory Work

Glute bridges (3×30)

Hold for a slight pause in between reps. Initiate each rep in a slow and controlled fashion to make sure glutes are activating and not low back or hamstrings
