2 minutes on the bike

then 2 rounds

10 Air squats

10 Push-ups

5 Jumping Air Squats

5 Inch worms


15 minutes for Shoulder press

10 minutes for Split Stance Jerk Balance

15 minutes for Split jerk

Shoulder Press (8×3)

Be strategic so you hit your 3-rep heavy on your final or semi-final rep

Split Stance Jerk Balance (Heavy double)

Split Jerk (Heavy Single)
