Warm Up Snatch (No Measure)

2 minutes on row/Bike

2 Rounds w/ a bar

5 muscle snatch

5 OHS **slow and controlled, warm up to full depth

5 Snatch Balance

Weightlifting

Snatch (3x 5 min EMOM)

3 Rounds

EMOM for 5 minutes

1 Snatch @ 70%+

Increase by 5% every minute

Reset back to 70% each Round

2 minute reset between rounds

Snatch Grip Deadlift (5×5 @ 115% of heaviest today)
