10 Banded Pass Throughs

10 Banded Around the World (5 each direction)

10 Banded Good Mornings

10 Banded Tricept Extensions

10 Banded Skiiers

10 Walking Lunges


Push Jerk (3×3)

Tall Jerk (6×2)

Start with the Barbell at Forehead Level

Raise up to you toes (Ball of Foot)

Drop Immediately under the bar into a split jerk

There should be no driving motion once in position

Start Light!!

Split Jerk (6×1)
