Bottom up Front Squats (Build to todays heavy set of 3 )

Use plyo Boxes to get the weight off the ground and use bumpers so they dont roll off

Front squat + Jerk

Build to todays heavy complex
From the rack perfrom front squat then readjust and then perform a split jerk
