10 Calories on Rower

10 Good Mornings

10 Monster band squats

10 Walking Lunges

For banded squats, place band just above knees and forcibly try to resist the band to maintain proper positioning


Back Squat (6×5 all at 75-80%)

15 minutes to complete all 6 sets

Push Press (Build to a heavy set of 2)

DB Z Press

Build to todays heavy set of 10

Start Light slowly work your way up

Rest 2 Min between sets
perform seated keep a upright chest NO ARCHING
