Back Squat (3×10 )

3×10 As heavy as possible all 3 sets at same weight

Split Jerk (HSODx2)

Build to todays heavy set of 2 make sure landing in a solid position staying stable

Weighted Good Mornings (3×10)

Utilizing a Barbell in the back rack, perform a good morning.

Take this movement very controlled!

Start off very light and only go far enough where you are keeping your back completely flat and hamstrings engaged!
