Work is a 6-week community fitness program that will give you insight, accountability, and a platform to achieve your goals. With our team of expert coaches, you’ll find support and the ability to capitalize on your short and longer term goals. For good. 3 workouts per week in our BurgFIT program: Pick your time (6:00am, 9:30am, 6:30pm). Bi-weekly Nutrition counseling. 2 Mindset sessions. 1 Functional movement screen analysis + 6 week program to help you move more efficiently and prevent injury.

This program is for those who need an extra hand, who have been largely sedentary and wanting more out of life. Our team of experts at Burg are committing themselves to you for 60 days to show you that you’re capable of so much more than you ever thought possible. We will take you through 3 workout sessions each week, engage you in weekly Nutrition counseling and weekly mental health counseling. Our intention is to breathe new life into every facet of who are you and to give you the tools for a life filled with wellness.
KidsFIT is a fun-filled 60 minute class where your child, ages 6-13, will be challenged and inspired to grow in their fitness.
We engage in fun warmups, challenge them with gymnastics, weightlifting and endurance based skills followed by cardiovascular and interval training workouts and finish the hour by cooling down with stretching. This class is designed to meet each child where they are at regardless if they are currently enrolled in sports or not. If you’re looking for an excellent after school movement based program for your child, you found it. With our prescription of “constantly varied, functional movement,” your child will not only gain better body awareness, but will sustain fewer injuries over the course of their life and improve their cognitive function through activity.
