CrossFit

Based on the CrossFit prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” our CrossFit program combines strength training with the “classic” CrossFit cardio workout. For this class, you could be working on pull-ups, rowing, burpees and much more. Every WOD is different so you never get bored! We scale each workout to your fitness level, so you get the maximum workout every time.

Work is a 6-week community fitness program, build around our BurgFIT program, that will give you insight, accountability, and a platform to achieve your goals. With our team of expert coaches, you’ll find support and the ability to capitalize on your short and longer term goals. For good. 3 workouts per week in our BurgFIT program: Pick your time (6:00am, 9:30am, 6:30pm). Bi-weekly Nutrition counseling. 2 Mindset sessions. 1 Functional movement screen analysis + 6 week program to help you move more efficiently and prevent injury.

BurgFit

BurgFit is a 60-minute class where you’ll be challenged with functional bodyweight movements using light to moderate load/weight. If you’re ready to shed fat, tone up, increase your aerobic capacity and strength, then this is the class for you.

BurgFire

This 60 minute class will challenge you physically and mentally! Whether you’ve been an avid CrossFitter for a while or are brand new to it, this class is sure to deliver a powerful punch for all competitors. BurgFIRE is designed to be a very large dose of fitness both in strength, skill and endurance. Everything can be scaled and modified to your fitness level. We never sacrifice load for quality movement. Looking to loose fat, increase your mental game and be challenged then put this class in your rotation.

Barbell Club

This class is dedicated to improving your strength and proficiency in all things pertaining to lifting. In this 60-minute class, you’ll receive hands-on attention regarding the snatch, clean and jerk and more to increase your stability, mobility and strength. Olympic weightlifting provides an incredible foundation for improving your mobility and stability when it comes to lifting.

Yoga

So much of your potential lies in your body’s ability to adapt quickly to increased load, speed and distance. You can strive for a heavy snatch, but if your mobility is lacking you won’t succeed (not safely, anyways.) Burg Yoga is extremely hands on and geared for the active individual. You’ll find that the pace varies between active recovery and getting into the deep fascial layers of your muscles. There are variations provided for beginners to advanced participants.

Endurance

If you’re looking to become more efficient in running, building your aerobic threshold, and increasing muscle stamina, this class is for you. In this 60-minute class, you’ll be put through an endurance-based, cardio-dense class that provides the variety of CrossFit techniques sustained over a 30- or 45-minute workout. You’ll see components such as: sled pulls, running longer distances, as well as shorter sprints in running, assault bike, and rowing, kettlebells and much more. This class is tough, but the results our members have seen are unmatched. Coach Olivia saw her 1 mile time go from 9 minutes to 7:45 after 3 months of consistently attending.

This program is for those who need an extra hand, who have been largely sedentary and wanting more out of life. Our team of experts at Burg are committing themselves to you for 60 days to show you that you’re capable of so much more than you ever thought possible. We will take you through 3 workout sessions each week, engage you in weekly Nutrition counseling and weekly mental health counseling. Our intention is to breathe new life into every facet of who are you and to give you the tools for a life filled with wellness.

KidsFIT

KidsFIT is a fun-filled 60 minute class where your child, ages 6-13, will be challenged and inspired to grow in their fitness.

We engage in fun warmups, challenge them with gymnastics, weightlifting and endurance based skills followed by cardiovascular and interval training workouts and finish the hour by cooling down with stretching. This class is designed to meet each child where they are at regardless if they are currently enrolled in sports or not. If you’re looking for an excellent after school movement based program for your child, you found it. With our prescription of “constantly varied, functional movement,” your child will not only gain better body awareness, but will sustain fewer injuries over the course of their life and improve their cognitive function through activity.

Burg CrossFit offers a wide range of personal workout programs to help you achieve your ideal body. Your personal trainer will develop an exercise regimen suited specifically for you, whether your goal is to gain muscle or lose weight.
