200m at fast pace, 400m at easy pace

There is no rest between sets!

The 200s are going to feel increasingly fast as you move deeper into the workout. Focus on your transition speed from your easy. Fast pace should be considerably faster than your “easy” pace.

Score is total time that it takes you to complete all sets.
