15 Clean Grip High Pull

15 Front Squats

15 Strict Press

15 Back Squats

15 Good Mornings

15 Thrusters

Power Clean + Squat Clean + Push Jerk + Split Jerk (HSOD x 1)

Squat Clean (2 x Max Reps)

With the above weight you will have two sets to achieve a max rep set of power cleans. Log your larger set

Front Rack Lunge (5 x 10)

Work up to a heavy set of 10 or use a moderate weight for all 5 sets. Log accordingly.
