10 Walking Lunges

Weightlifting

Front Squat (5×2 @ 90%)

10 minutes to warm up to your working weight

Then:

5 sets of 2 Reps @ 90% of your 1 rm

Rest 2 minutes between sets

Superset

Good Mornings (3×10 @ 135/95)

Barbell should be in the high bar back rack position

Scale as necessary

Hip extensions (3×10 @ 10/8)

Hold a Medball behind your head while performing the movement
