High-Hang Clean (EMOM14 x2reps build over the emom)

Power Snatch (Build to a heavy 5-rep of the day)

Split Jerk (Build to a heavy 2 rep of the day)

Pause for 3 seconds in the catch of each jerk.

Focus on a clean catch, paying attention to locking out, feet placement, and your posterier chain (no arched spine)
