3. Heaving Snatch Balance

4. Snatch Balance without a dip

5. Snatch Balance with a dip

Weightlifting

Back Squat (Build to a 12-rep heavy set )

Strict Press (Build to a heavy single)

Push Press (6×4 at 125% of today’s strict press)
